Reporting an error
This is the message we most want to receive. If a specification, figure, or claim on this site is wrong, tell us which article, which claim, and where the correct information can be found. We correct errors, update the article, and note what changed. Our approach to corrections is set out in the Editorial Policy.
Questions about a product
We are glad to help you think through a decision, particularly around installation requirements, electrical service, and what a unit will cost to run. Tell us the space you are working with and what you are trying to achieve.
What we cannot do is advise you on whether a product is medically appropriate for you. That is a conversation for your doctor, and our Medical Disclaimer explains why.
