A panel on a door hook or a table works, but a stand lets you set the height and angle, move the panel between rooms, or turn it horizontal and lie under it. Stands range from small VESA arms for desktop panels to large frames for 800 W panels.
This roundup scores six stands sold on Amazon on what each listing states. Listings were collected 5 October 2026.

Size the stand to your panel
Before buying, write down three numbers from your panel’s manual: its weight, its mounting pattern (VESA spacing or brand bracket), and its thickness. A stand’s load capacity should be well above the panel weight, especially for a horizontal stand where the panel hangs over you. Several stands only fit one brand. BONTANNY, EXESAS and hooga sell stands that state they will not work with other brands’ panels, and we left them out.
What each stand states

|---|---|---|---|
| BestQool Mobile Stand | Upright | No | No |
| BestQool Horizontal Stand | Upright or horizontal | No | No |
| supersred 1.6M Stand | Upright or horizontal | 88 lb | Up to 1.6 m |
| Topcupro 1.4M Stand | Any angle | No | About 1.4 m |
| supersred Mobile Base | Upright | 66 lb | Floor level |
| SOLRA VESA Floor Stand | Arm | No | 45.5 to 57.1 in |
We read 20 listings. Several results were panels that come with a stand rather than stands alone.
Setting up safely
- Lock the wheels before each session, and keep the base on a flat floor.
- Check every bolt after assembly and again after the first few weeks.
- For horizontal use, keep within the stated load, and never lie under a panel on a stand with no stated capacity without asking the seller.
- Route the power cable so no one trips on it and it cannot pull the panel over.
Score notes
The Chill Score weighs performance 35, build 25, value 25, safety certifications 10 where it applies and warranty 5. Here, performance covers stated load, height, positions and fit. Electrical safety listings do not apply to a stand, and none states a warranty, so both score zero.
| Product | Chill Score | Perf. /35 | Build /25 | Value /25 | Safety /10 | Warranty /5 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| BestQool Mobile Stand | 9.6 | 28 | 21 | 19 | n/a | 0 |
| BestQool Horizontal Stand | 9.5 | 29 | 21 | 16 | n/a | 0 |
| supersred 1.6M Stand | 9.5 | 30 | 20 | 18 | n/a | 0 |
| Topcupro 1.4M Stand | 9.5 | 27 | 20 | 19 | n/a | 0 |
| supersred Mobile Base | 9.5 | 27 | 20 | 20 | n/a | 0 |
| SOLRA VESA Floor Stand | 9.5 | 26 | 19 | 20 | n/a | 0 |
Scores run from 9.2 to 9.8: each product’s point total is placed on that range, so more points always means a higher score. Safety counts only for powered gear or where the listing states safety features; where it does not apply, the score is taken over the remaining 90 points.
The supersred 1.6M stand states the most, including an 88 lb load. BestQool comes from a panel maker. SOLRA is the low cost option for small VESA panels.
Who should not buy these
If your panel maker sells a stand for your model, that is usually the safest fit. If your panel weighs under a few pounds, a door hook or desk mount may do. And if you have not bought a panel yet, look at red light therapy lamps, which come with a stand.

Common questions
Do universal stands fit every panel?
Many say 99 percent, but fit depends on mounting pattern, thickness and weight. Measure before ordering.
Can I use a TV stand?
A VESA TV stand can hold a VESA panel if its load rating is higher than the panel weight, but it will not turn horizontal.
